Aloha!

Aloha!!! If you live in the 9th district like me, you probably already know about this gem  near Pigalle (I am NOT using SoPi – don’t even think about it!)

This coffeeshop has every-simple-thing I’m looking for: great coffee + great latte (not so easy to find in Paris, cafés crème can be quite disgusting if you don’t go to the right place!) + AMAZING service (warm welcome with a smile is nice for a change!) + great food + a beautiful and cosy “tropicool” decor.

For those of you who are stuck in Paris in November -and not in Hawaii!- here’s a good spot to feel like you’re on vacation in the sun.

As some of you may know, I spend about 99% of my life either in coffee shops or drinking coffee. It’s surely a questionable way of life but hey, I’d rather do caffeine than (other) drugs.

I wasn’t sure I was going to write about my favorite spot because more and more people now know about it and it’s getting harder to find an empty seat – especially on weekends! But today I’m in a good mood so I’m going to share my secret with you  my boyfriend made me realise that I’m not Garance nor Pernille so the chances that this post will change anything to my favorite coffee place are quite slim! (I love him) (sometimes)

I’m going to sound super basic but: Go there for a latte (if you’re lucky with a “latte art” Hawaiian flower) or a delicious brunch, get the avocado toast with salmon & egg and your life is suddenly going to feel sunnier 🌞☀️ – trust me: it’s November, you’re in Paris, you need it!
